Conditions of use,and of listing.

I. For visitors

The reserve is offered as an editorial resource. Content is written by our editors and reflects their present-tense judgement. Nothing on the site constitutes medical advice, and inclusion of a practice is not a recommendation of any specific course of treatment. Readers who are considering care should consult directly with a licensed physician.

II. For member clinics — conditions of listing

A recognized practice is invited into the reserve on editorial merit alone. Continued listing is subject, at all times, to our Editorial Standards. If, in the sole judgement of the editors, a practice no longer meets those standards — including for disqualifying conditions listed there — its recognition ends, regardless of paid membership status and without refund of the current billing period.

III. Membership fees & billing

Membership is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as elected) through our third-party payment processor. Fees underwrite the ongoing cost of curation and verification and do not, and cannot, purchase inclusion or editorial favour. Members may cancel at any time through the clinic portal; cancellation ends renewal at the close of the current billing period and does not entitle the member to a pro-rata refund.

IV. Elite Profile

Elite Profile is an optional expansion of a member's visibility within the directory. It does not adjust editorial judgement of the practice, alter the language of the profile, or affect the outcome of any review. The presence or absence of Elite Profile carries no clinical meaning.

V. No medical endorsement

Editorial recognition is not certification, accreditation, or endorsement. The reserve does not guarantee outcomes, verify individual clinical decisions, or assume liability for the care delivered by any recognized practice. Regulatory oversight of medical practice remains with the applicable state medical board and federal authorities.

VI. Intellectual property

All editorial content, photography, and design of the reserve is the property of The Protocol Reserve. Practices may reproduce their own profile text and images, with attribution, for their own communications while their membership is active.

VII. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, for member clinics, communicated directly through the address of record.
