Methodology
How werecognize.
Three dimensions guide the editors privately. They are never published as a score. In every clinic profile, they are translated into plain language.
I. Clinical Excellence
— the depth and specificity of the medicine itself.
We consider training, published work, referral patterns, and how the practice adapts protocol to the individual patient over time. Precision and restraint tend to travel together.
II. Patient Experience
— the quality of attention, held over years.
Cadence of appointments, continuity of clinician, discretion, and the pace of the room itself. We take seriously the reports of patients who have stayed.
III. Digital Authority
— the shape of a practice's public voice.
Not follower counts. We look at whether physicians write under their own name, contribute to their field, and refrain from the aggregator listings and paid placements that have come to characterize the category.
On membership
Inclusion is granted through editorial evaluation alone — no clinic buys its way onto these pages. Recognized practices sustain their place in the reserve through a standing membership; the fee reflects the cost of continued curation and verification, not the quality of care. An Elite Profile is a further, optional expansion of visibility within the directory — it does not adjust our judgement of the care itself, and it never will.
